SilverStone has two atypical ventirads

The asymmetric and the extraplat, two strange ventirads landed at the stand of SilverStone.

In the maze of corridors of the Computex, our colleagues from TechPowerUp fell on the stand of SilverStone and were able to see two new atypical ventirads, SST-NT01 Pro and ESS-NT08.

The first, the SST-NT01 Pro offers to place just two fans 8 cm side by side that dissipate the heat pulled by six heat pipes in copper nickel.

                

The second, a little more conventional in its form, OSH-NT08 is still in originality with its two towers of asymmetrical vanes. With its six heat pipes copper also nickel-covered, it will be possible to put a fan of 12 cm in the middle which will come push air on aluminum fins.

It was here that in simple presentations, without reference to the price applicable to these two new models.

SilverStone out his package all dressed in white

SilverStone declines his micro-ATX PS07 Precision Series in white version package.

A Treasury of enclosure for HDD in SilverStone?

SilverStone presents a new external enclosure for 3.5 "hard drives.

SilverStone unveils a USB 3.0 external enclosure which guarantees a 5 Gb/s maximum transfer rate by taking advantage of a SATA III interface. Mounting disks 3.5 "(HDD or SSD) is guaranteed"without tool". Damage however that a system for attaching a disk 2.5 "is not proposed, especially as the SSD in 3.5" do not run the streets... SilverStone unveils a gamepad to USB 3.0 HDD

The Taiwanese manufacturer SilverStone presents a new external storage solution...

SilverStone has officially announced its DS321. The new system of storage of the Taiwanese manufacturer measures 182 x 123 x 81 mm. Its aluminium shell can accommodate two 3.5-inch hard drives (Serial ATA, and whose capacity does not exceed 2 TB). A fan operating at 2800 RPM (and we hope not too noisy) will come to evacuate the heat. The DS321 will offer several configurations, the JBOD RAID 0 from RAID 1. It connects to the computer via an interface SuperSpeed USB (or USB 3.0). SilverStone will provide its new solution starting from 16 August next in Europe. It will be proposed at the public price of €71 TTC. This tariff will be correct if offered performance are worthy of this name.

SilverStone Displays Case Lineup and 1350W PSU

Our team from Tom's Hardware Italy sent us some shots of what it found at SilverStone's booth at Computex 2011.

This is a concept case with an amazing 19 slot spaces. There you can see crammed inside are six dual-slot cards -- that's four GTX 480 and two GTX 580. Yes, it can play anything you throw at it.

This one has 9 slot spaces, three 120 mm fans, steel body, and a choice between aluminum or plastic front panel.

This one is a mini-ITX case with a steel body and aluminum front panel. 1 x 180 mm fan.

Micro ATX case, steel body, aluminum front panel. 1 x 180 mm fan, 1 x 120 mm fan.

These are meant for the living room, like in a HTPC. These two models differ mostly in bay configuration.

All aluminum-made passive PSU with no fan meant for servers and workstations.
