Jailbreak untethered iOS 5.0.1: available now!

The iOS 5.0.1 untethered jailbreak is now a reality, at least for appliances iOS not belonging to the latest generation of Apple mobile products. Developer pod2g provided the results of its work to the Chronic Dev Team and the iPhone DevTeam who as expected finalized the details.


Has just delivered the redsnow 0.9.10b1 for Mac OS and redsnow for Windows 0.9.10b1 versions to ensure the release of the following devices under iOS 5.0.1:

3GSiPhone 4iPad 1iPod Touch 3GiPod Touch 4 G iPhone

However, it will be still owners of iPhone 4 S and iPad2 (with processor Apple A5), untethered jailbreak still seeking work. Pod2g indicated last week that he would focus specifically on this issue.
