Decidedly, Samsung is in the crosshairs of Apple.
After the temporary prohibition of placing on the market of the 10.1 of Samsung in Australia GalaxyTab, Apple has obtained a preliminary injunction of the Court of Düsseldorf in Germany who believes that the design of the Samsung Tablet violated Apple patents. As a result, the marketing of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 is suspended in Europe, the day after his arrival on the market.
For the moment, only the Netherlands can still sell the Samsung Tablet as Apple initiated a separate proceeding in that country. But in the rest of Europe, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 is now unmarketable. The Korean company will therefore reach an agreement with Apple, or yet to modify the design of its Galaxy Tab 10.1. In Australia, it has also announced the arrival of a new model which is not yet available.
