In the wake of the launch of the Xtreem S2, Team Group unveils a second flash, the S3 drive. This model has the range of the Taiwanese manufacturer to Cap. It is officially equipped with a latest-generation SandForce processor, and it will be proposed with capacity of 60 GB, 120 GB, 240 GB and 480 GB. It is probably a type of memory more powerful MLC flash. Sequential flows are identical effects to those of the S2, with 550 MB/s read, 520 MB/s write, so that random performance are significantly higher, with arrowheads to 90 000 IOPS.
