The arrival of the Catalyst 11.10 Preview drivers is the opportunity to discover a few new models of graphics cards that AMD would have in its cartons. Several new " Southern Islands " chips are indeed mentioned in these freshly drivers published.

Today, we discover the existence of Wimbledon and Heathrow Chelsea, two GPU - priori destined for the mobile market - yet unknown characteristics. Several new graphics based on these chipsets are planned, in particular, XT and WimbledonPro/LP versions. Heathrow Chelsea will be in turn declined in Heathrow XT and Pro, Chelsea XT and Pro, and Great Wall.
Three versions of Cape Verde should finally see the day (XTX, XT and Pro), while PitCairn should be offered in versions XT and Pro. Brief: "wait and see"...
