The Taiwanese manufacturer Team Group prepares, also to commercialize an equipped with SSD of a SandForce SF-22xx controller. Her baby is the name of Xtreem S3. Team Group announces a new high performance flash drive. The Xtreem S2 has a format 2.5 inches and a 6 Gb/s Serial ATA interface. The Taiwanese manufacturer does not specify what kind of chip it uses, but can be bet on the SandForce SF-2281. This SSD will have 60, 120 and 240 GB memory flash MLC.
