OCZ and its new modular Bronze alims

The Californian manufacturer OCZ has just officially new power supplies, unveil the ZT Series.

OCZ persists on the segment of the power supplies. The California manufacturer presents its new ZT Series. These blocks are certified 80 Plus Bronze. They therefore display a minimum efficiency of 85%, knowing that three powers are proposed: 550, 650 and 750 watts.


There are in all cases a single rail of 12 volts of 45, 54 or 62 amps. These solutions support the ATX12V v2.2 standard and integrate an Active PFC. Fully modular, they offer two or four slots PCI Express, as well as nine six Molex, SATA connectors, and a Floppy.


The cooling of the ZT Series is entrusted to a thermo-regulated 140 mm fan. OCZ advance a MTBF of 100,000 hours for these new blocks, which are covered by a warranty of five years. These power supplies are already available to the United States, at the respective rates of $ 99.99 (€87,99 TTC), $ 109.99 (€94,99 TTC) and $ 119,99 (€104,99 TTC).
