When working in the band 5 GHz for higher throughput, going from 139 to 392 mW (.11n ready/40 MHz), 164 to 337 mW (.11n ready/20 MHz) and 202 to 322 mW when it uses the very confidential (in Europe) 11.
As seen, the power increases many and the scope should therefore follow the same path. Remember everything and in France, ARCEP limit to 100 mW in 2.4 Ghz and 200 mW transmit or power 1 W at 5 GHz, based on the selected channel. Terminals, which allow to choose the country in which they will be used, a priori limit power via the firmware to stay within legal limits, but it is of course quite simple to further... In the meantime, electromagnetic radiation-sensitive individuals should avoid this type of Terminal...
