The Taiwanese manufacturer GlacialTech comes to unveil a new heatpipe.
GlacialTech comes to unveil its new heatpipe. This Igloo 5620 adopts a classic design, with two heat pipes copper 6 mm in diameter dating back a copper base to a block of lamellae of aluminium. A 92 mm PWM fan full table and two models are proposed. The first work from 800 to 2300 rpm, debiting a maximum airflow of 43 CFM, for 30 dB sound emissions. The second displays a speed of 1200 rpm, with a 34 CFM air flow and sound emissions of 20 dB.
The Igloo 5620 is 100 x 62 x 135 mm and it weighs 320 g. The new baby of GlacialTech is compatible with the sockets Intel LGA775/1155/1156/1366 and AMD AM3/AM3 + / FM1. The heatpipe is provided with a tube of thermal paste. It is not known yet when and how much GlacialTech will propose his new heatpipe.
