AMD has not surprised with the results of the second quarter of 2011. Sunnyvale firm displays a turnover of 1.57 billion, down 2% from the previous quarter, and 5% from last year. The benefits reach to $ 61 million, compared to 510 million in the first quarter, but also to the 43 million of losses in 2010. The average margin of the California company was 46 per cent these past three months.
AMD drops slightly as well for sales of CPU and GPU. In return, the launch of the new society APU is rather well spent. Logically, the CA for the third quarter should be on the rise (it refers to 10%). Expected now obviously looking forward to the launch of the processors from the new nm Bulldozer, to see what will be their impact on the finances of AMD!
