Three other chipsets Intel 7 in flight

A leak on the XFastest Chinese forum comes to reveal the characteristics of three other chipsets Intel 7 expected for the second quarter of 2012. The Q77, Q75 and B75 intended for platforms for businesses. Ask server, or supercomputer, but desktop systems and small workstations multiécrans through the management of three videos supported by the GPU integrated into the processor.Last April, a leak on the same site revealed Z77, Z75 and H77 intended for the public characteristics (cf. "Intel: 7 Series chipset features"). For memory, chipset Intel 7 are intended to allow the Ivy Bridge, processors 22 nm from Intel which should come out in the second quarter of next year while the Sandy Bridge-E are now expected to these 2012.Professional versions of the Intel 7 chipsets for platforms are close to the public large models, as usual. Both chips have in common supports Socket LGA 1155, the management of 8 lines PCI-Express 2.0, same number of ports SATA or USB 2.0 and 3.0. Models for professionals are compatible Intel vPro (Q77), BSI (Q77 and Q75) and SBA (Q77 and B75) which are technologies intended to facilitate the deployment of business machines and protect user data.

Finally note the lack of ports PCI-Express 3.0 on these models and the presence of ports PCI is the inverse of the mainstream configurations. It is clear that Intel thinks primarily to companies that have desire or need to keep their old cards girls. These chipsets are compatible Smart Response that can use an SSD as cache memory when it is coupled to a hard disk. This is especially useful with low capacity DSS, as the 20 GB SSD Intel 311.

If the leaks continue at this rate, we soon learn more about the QS77, QM77, HM77, HM76 and HM75 which are mobile versions of the Intel 7.
