The Xoom of Motorola Tablet is now in the crosshairs of Apple.
Obviously, Apple decided to firmly defend the iPad. After having led to the suspension of the marketing of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 of Samsung in Australia and in Europe, the Californian company tackles now Tablet Xoom of Motorola in Europe. As for the Tablet Samsung, Apple filed a motion to the Court of Düsseldorf in Germany hoping to reach the same conclusions. The Cupertino firm accuses Motorola to use the same design as the iPad with its Tablet Xoom.
As for Samsung, the judge could suspend the sale of Motorola Xoom tablets as a preventive measure before its final verdict. This case illustrates once more that Apple is ready to be of average wholesale to defend his iPad and not to be walking on the feet by its competitors, a policy which for some is widely open to criticism.
