Pending the arrival of a new generation of graphics cards, Gigabyte continues to decline to desire its own solutions. We thus discover new AMD Radeon HD 6870. The GV-R687UD-1GD Rev. 1.0 and Rev. 2.0 adopt an original printed circuit, knowing that the second benefit of Ultra Durable VGA technology (more copper, Japanese capacitors... etc.). There are in all cases Barts XT, with its 1120 active stream processors and 1024 MB GDDR5, connected via a 256-bit bus. The frequencies are basic, with 900 MHz in the heart, and 1050 MHz for the memory.
What's new in the Taiwanese manufacturer are equipped with the famous WindForce 3 X heatpipe, with its large heat pipes, its many lamellae of aluminium, and its three PWM fans. There on their bracket a pair of ports DVI, HDMI, and two Mini-DisplayPorts port. As usual, Gigabyte does not communicate on the rates and dates of availability of the GV-R687UD-1GD Rev. 1.0/2.0.
