Orange UK offers rentals of movies on iTunes

In the United Kingdom, Orange has partnered with Apple to a new offer called the Film To Go. This service allows to rent a film per week free of charge. Only reserved for subscribers to the operator Orange, this offer allows therefore to some customers enjoy free film on their iPhone, iPod touch, iPad, Apple TV on Mac and PC.

The procedure is relatively simple. Clients send a SMS to £ 0.35 Orange operator who then sends them a promotional code can be used on the iTunes Music Store. The rental terms and conditions are those of the iTunes Store that the rented movie is available for 30 days and it can be viewed in the 48 hours following the first reading. For now, Orange customers have the choice between The Wrestler, The Ghost, My Blueberry Nights or Che: Part One. This list will grow over the months.
