OCZ launches a new series of power supplies named ZS, this new series includes both traditional computers as computers of players.The ZS series will be in effect as early as 550 watt version Frances two PCI-E connectors, connector 6 Pin and a 6 + 2 Pin connector. Allowing players to develop a system CrossFire or Sli with GPUs of average range or a single range high GPU.
Note that only the 750 watt version will allow the Sli or CrossFire with high GPUs of range. Indeed, it has two 6-Pin connectors and two 6 + 2 Pin connectors.Concerning performance the ZS series will be certified 80 Plus Bronze while promising a minimum efficiency of 85%. It will also comply with the standard ERP to ensure less than 1 Watt consumption when the pc is turned off or on standby. The cooling will be entrusted to a 135 mm fan equipped with a double ball bearing.The ZS series will be available in version 550 Watts, 650 Watts and 750 Watts. They will be also guaranteed three years.
